Here you'll find a guide that was shared by a therapist on "Living with worry and anxiety amidst global uncertainty" with a lot of great information, regardless of whether you think you are dealing with anxiety and worry, or not.

I've also included a link
here to a guide on "How to talk to your child" about the Corona Virus for those of you with kids. Though some of us may feel we should shelter them from the situation, leaving them in the dark can have the same effects as above, in causing them to be worried and stressed. This site also has a good guide for kids to themselves to read and follow - check it out!

I've been fortunate in that with a lot of cool people in my sphere, I have had a lot of great articles shared with me, such as the above. so talk to your kids so they know the importance of doing what they can to do to prevent any further spread, while helping promote their own health and safety and that of your family.

Other than that. stay safe and do your best to look out.for yourself and those around you, especially for those of you with kids... For you, now is a good time to build a LEGO city Lol... And get outside for a walk if able to do so without being in a crowd - social distancing is the key!

I am thinking of you all and always here for a distraction if needed, even if to chat about your future plans, to share or be told a funny story, or whatever i can do - we will help each other through!

Virtual hugs,
Stephanie
